"Damage charge got sorted without much hassle"
I got hit with a damage charge and expected it to be a whole thing, but the insurance was sorted quickly. I dealt with it while drinking coffee at my kitchen table, so maybe I was just relieved it didn’t drag on all afternoon. Easy process overall...

The deposit refund came back fine after a few days, so no complaints there. I was half-expecting to have to chase it up, because that always seems to happen when I’m already busy with random errands like buying groceries or trying to remember where I left my sunglasses. But it arrived in my account like they said it would, just took a little patience

This was really simple. Pickup was quick, drop-off was just as easy, and there wasn’t any hassle at all. Just kind of… in and out, which I appreciated.
