"They Do What They are Supposed to!"
I have rented from them 2 times in London UK and the cars were clean and serviceable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the transaction was painless.

"Europcar were a saviour in Mallorca"
We had an awful experience collecting a car through Goldcar in Mallorca which after they decided to charge us a number of hidden extras without telling us, we decided to just ask for an entire refund on the spot. Being now car-less and 10pm on a Sunday, we turned to the nice man at the Palma airport Europcar kiosk on the off chance that he'd have a small car we could take away. Five minutes later he has a Fiat500 ready for us, for half the price of that of Goldcar and everything we paid upfront so no hidden extra charges. The service was fantastic from start to finish, everybody we pleasant and very efficient. You really helped us in a very stressful situation thank you.
